1. Operator and privacy inquiries
Dapsimni Antique operates the Dapsimni Antique Market website and Shop Management. Requests to access, correct, or delete personal data, withdraw consent, or suspend processing may be sent booltuck@gmail.comPlease send your request to this address. After verifying the requester's identity, we will inform you of the outcome.
2. Information collected and purposes of use
At registration we process the contact person's name, email address (login ID), password hash, consent records for the terms and privacy policy, and any selected news subscription consent. These are used for account verification, administrator approval, shop and item management, and security. Plain-text passwords are not stored.
Shop and staff-link applications process the shop name, building and unit, contact person and details, and application and approval records. Item registration processes descriptions, photographs, public contacts, and editing and review history. Approved public shop and item information is shown to visitors.
For account recovery, we collect your name, shop details, registered or contact email address, and consent and processing records. Hashes generated from connection IP addresses and attempt logs are used to limit abuse of login and recovery requests.
Private inquiries to individual shops
Shop inquiries can be used without creating an account. Your name or nickname, inquiry subject and content, related shop and item, conversations with the shop and operators, and consent record are used to receive and respond to inquiries. Authorized staff of the selected shop and site operators can read and answer them. They are not disclosed to other shops or general visitors.
Inquiry access codes are stored only as hashes. Visitors must keep the original code; anyone holding it can view, add to, or delete that inquiry. Without the code, it cannot be opened. No email addresses or phone numbers are collected, and no reply notification emails or texts are sent automatically.
Inquiries and replies expire 180 days after submission and can no longer be viewed. They are deleted when the inquiry feature is accessed after expiry. You may also delete them before expiry from My Inquiries using your verification code. Hashed IP addresses and request counts are used to prevent abuse; rate-limit records are retained for up to two days.
Message to the operator
Contact us collects your name, reply email address, subject, message, and consent record, and stores them privately in the site operator’s inbox. Only approved site operators can view and handle them; they are not disclosed to shop staff. No notification email is sent automatically. If a reply is needed, the operator contacts the email address you provided individually.
Messages to the operator expire 180 days after receipt and are deleted when the messaging feature is accessed after expiry. Request deletion or correction at the privacy contact email above. Temporary contact-form verification tokens remain valid for 30 minutes and are stored as hashes. Hashes of access IPs and email addresses, together with request counts, help prevent abuse; rate-limit records are retained for up to two days.
3. Retention periods and deletion
Account, application, and consent records are retained for the period needed to maintain the account and operate the relevant services. If you request account deletion, we verify your identity and delete personal information linked to the account, and may stop publishing the associated shop. Where retention is legally required, we separately explain the information concerned and the basis and period of retention.
Login sessions last up to 14 days. Recovery requests older than 30 days are deleted when the operator opens recovery management or receives a new request. Password-reset links are single-use and valid for 30 minutes after issue.
Electronic information no longer needed is deleted. If public posts or photographs contain personal data, request deletion at the email above.
4. Cookies and device storage
Shop management uses essential session cookies to keep you signed in. You can block cookies in your browser, but this may prevent login. Saved items are stored locally in the browser on your device and do not sync between accounts. You can remove them using your browser's option to clear site data.
No advertising tracking scripts are currently connected to this site itself. Opening external map, Instagram, or photo-source links subjects you to those services’ privacy policies.
5. Service environment and external processing
This website uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and data storage. Account and shop data, and access and security information, may be processed in these environments to provide the service. Please also review each provider's information about the scope of processing and retention policies.

The operator does not disclose member information or give it to other shops, except information submitted by shops for publication or where legally required. Inquiry emails are received and processed in Gmail.
6. Choices and protective measures
You may use the public website without consenting to required personal-data collection and use, but registration and Shop Dashboard access will be restricted. Optional news consent may be refused or withdrawn.
We restrict shop-management permissions by account and use password hashing, secure cookies, request-origin checks, and login-attempt limits. For requests or issues concerning personal information, booltuck@gmail.comPlease let us know at this address.
7. Changes to this guide
This notice has been published on the website since October 16, 2026. Details on processing private shop inquiries and messages to operators were added on October 23, 2026. If the data collected, purposes, or processing environment change, this page will be updated, and a separate consent procedure will be provided where required.
